Catastrophe Field Large Loss Property Adjuster

Role Overview:

• High-impact property claims role focused on complex and large-loss residential claims from catastrophic events.
• Combines field inspections, virtual collaboration, coverage analysis, estimating, negotiation, and customer advocacy.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of property adjusting experience preferred, with large-loss handling valued.
• Xactimate experience required; construction or restoration background preferred.

Work Schedule and Travel:

• 10-days-on, 4-days-off schedule with hours 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 70%+ travel.
• Fully remote work with occasional field travel and virtual collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary $62,100–$117,900 annually, plus $1,000 licensing sign-on bonus if applicable.
