The Opportunity:
- Execute regional marketing strategy and independently lead programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Approximately 50% of work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment and accountability.
- Leverage AI as a core part of work to improve productivity and decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead regional marketing programs end-to-end, including strategy, budget, goals, and reporting.
- Execute ABM and regional initiatives, collaborating with Sales and SDR teams.
- Develop and document AI-enabled workflows for efficiency and scalability.
What Makes you a Great Fit:
- 3-5 years in field or regional marketing with end-to-end program ownership.
- Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work.
