About the role:
- Own how Mimo thinks and behaves, and the evaluations that decide what ships.
- Work with the CTO and the engineers who build the tools Mimo calls.
What you'll do:
- Manage the context layer, tool contracts, and evaluation practice.
- Shape Mimo's reasoning, explanations, and model routing.
How we work:
- We run several AI coding agents on our own tooling.
- We judge our work by the physical thing it produces.
