Agentic Automation Consultant

About the Role:

• Build AI agents from scratch that autonomously run internal operations workflows, including staffing, subcontractor reviews, onboarding, and market research.
• Decompose workflows into agent components—skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops—and build evaluation frameworks that catch regressions.

What You'll Own:

• Everything from identifying high-leverage workflows to prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Reusable agent infrastructure, internal tooling, and documentation so the team can operate and trust what you build.
• Self-improving loops where agents monitor outputs, learn from outcomes, and get sharper over time.

Who You Are:

• You mock up MVPs and ship production systems, with strong opinions on tool-use, RAG vs fine-tuning, and evals that matter.
• You think in systems and loops, not tasks, and have built reliable agents that ran autonomously in production.
• You experiment fast, are fluent across the modern AI stack, and communicate clearly while owning your work.
