Job Description
We’re looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. In this part-time role, you’ll support critical administrative workflows that enable families to begin care quickly and smoothly, including referral intake, prior authorization submissions, and front office support for our virtual clinic. You’ll work closely with our Healthcare Operations and Clinical teams to ensure we are efficiently onboarding patients, communicating with referring providers, securing necessary authorizations from payers, and delivering a high-quality experience for every family we serve.
You will process incoming referrals, communicate with providers, verify insurance, prepare prior authorization requests, track authorizations, and support documentation requests. You will also be responsible for data entry, file management, report generation, and responding to phone calls.
