Role Overview:
- Active litigation stage experience required.
- Attend weekly meetings and manage case deadlines.
- Provide client updates and ensure tasks are completed.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and file complaints within 30 days.
- Manage discovery, subpoenas, and depositions.
- Prepare trial binders and attend trial.
Work Environment:
- Remote position, available to candidates outside NM metro areas.
- Must work Mountain Time business hours.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $58,260-$74,900 per year.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus paid incrementally.
