Role Overview:
- Assist house counsel with pre-trial tasks, legal document preparation, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support case preparation and trial.
- Correspond with clients, attorneys, and claims personnel to gather information and manage cases.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Requires an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent education and experience.
- 0-2 years of insurance defense or civil litigation paralegal experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, written communication, and case management software.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range from $56,701 to $102,219 per year depending on location.
