Litigation Paralegal

Role Overview:

• You will provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys on active U.S. civil cases.
• You will work fully remotely, collaborating with clients, courts, and expert witnesses.
• You will help ensure filings are accurate, deadlines are met, and evidence is organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials while tracking case milestones.

Requirements:

• You have at least five years of professional legal experience and two years as a litigation paralegal in the U.S.
• You have strong knowledge of U.S. civil litigation procedures and court filing systems.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office 365, legal case management software, and AI tools.
