You will bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of professional experience in Java software development. 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Spring Framework. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Design and develop high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable backend systems and services. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions. Ensure system performance, security, reliability, and adherence to SLAs through best engineering practices.
