Federal Contracts & GSA Schedule Management:
- Serve as owner of the organization’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract(s).
- Manage and oversee contract modifications, renewals, and CO engagement.
- Ensure compliance with GSA sales reporting, IFF, disclosures, and administrative requirements.
Compliance & Regulatory Advisory (FAR / GSAM / Agency Supplements):
- Interpret and apply FAR, GSAM, and applicable agency acquisition supplements.
- Advise leadership and program teams on contract rights and obligations.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance guidance, policies, and templates.
Legal, Audit & Protest Support:
- Provide internal legal and procedural support for agency-level protests.
- Assist with drafting, coordinating, and reviewing protest filings and supplemental submissions.
- Support contract claims, disputes, and interpretation matters under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA).
