Role Overview:

  • Provide hardware support to customers for payment terminals, EPOS, and Head Office Solutions.
  • Work 9-hour shifts, six days on and three days off, rotating between early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend maintenance visits and respond to calls within service level agreement.
  • Manage assets and provide accurate call closure and stock reporting.
  • Complete engineering paperwork and attend scheduled visits.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving license and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic technical aptitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and SPA Passport preferred.
