Role Overview:
- Provide hardware support to customers for payment terminals, EPOS, and Head Office Solutions.
- Work 9-hour shifts, six days on and three days off, rotating between early and late shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend maintenance visits and respond to calls within service level agreement.
- Manage assets and provide accurate call closure and stock reporting.
- Complete engineering paperwork and attend scheduled visits.
Qualifications:
- Full UK driving license and excellent communication skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role and SPA Passport preferred.
