About the Role:
- SDE-3 Backend Builder owning the CRM Opportunities product end-to-end.
- Deep backend ownership including data models, APIs, and distributed workflows.
What you will do:
- Own the full backend lifecycle, design data models, and build scalable APIs.
- Tackle distributed systems concerns like idempotency, consistency, and hot tenants.
What you will need:
- 4+ years in production backend systems, strong SQL/NoSQL and API design.
- Experience with Node.js or Go, multi-tenant SaaS, and event streaming.
What Success looks like:
- Ship features from idea to production with minimal cycle time.
- Maintain reliability as workspaces grow from thousands to millions of deals.
