Business Project Analyst & QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced Business Project Analyst & QA Lead to join our team. This unique role combines elements of project management, business analysis, and quality assurance to ensure our projects are delivered successfully, align with business goals, and meet the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, a detailed understanding of business processes, hands-on experience with quality assurance methodologies, and experience with Agile practices and tools like Jira. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business improvements. Develop and document project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with project managers. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective participation and outcomes. Manage project scope, resources, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Design and implement test strategies, test cases, and test plans to ensure product quality. Perform quality assurance activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring defects are identified and addressed. Utilize Jira for tracking project progress, managing tasks, issues, and bugs, and providing transparency to stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
