  • Mastery of the PerfectServe platform, exceptional customer service skills, and a team-player approach.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years as a PerfectServe Specialist with experience meeting role expectations and KPIs.
  • Beneficial qualifications include 2+ years as a Shift Leader or Implementation Consultant, and experience in healthcare technology or call centers.
