Job Description

This role involves responding to customer inquiries across various communication channels (phone, email, chat, text), documenting interactions accurately using the CRM system, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will work towards achieving customer service targets, metrics, and company Service Level Agreements (SLAs), enhance customer service quality by analyzing and refining processes and system configurations, provide technical advice and assistance to maximize customer operational performance, identify and troubleshoot network problems, and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager.
