Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

The Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting will assist in leading the company’s financial reporting and technical accounting functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant US GAAP and statutory reporting. This role involves preparing and reviewing internal and external financial statements, researching complex accounting matters like business combinations and revenue recognition, and documenting positions through clear technical memos and presentations.

Responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial statements, assisting with annual financial statement updates, managing audit readiness, researching and concluding on complex accounting matters, maintaining company accounting policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting special projects like M&A due diligence. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years of relevant financial accounting experience, with a strong understanding of US GAAP.
