Job Description
Lead the Perform product squad, who is building patient pre-screening software for clinical research sites. This product helps sites quickly and efficiently identify eligible patients for clinical trials, significantly improving trial enrollment and outcomes. Partner with a product manager and lead the squad in sustainably delivering business value. Plan delivery to optimize for fast flow and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure the quality of the work the squad will ship. Guide engineers in finding the right balance between cutting corners and optimizing prematurely. Manage 6-8 product engineers and foster their growth by giving them opportunities to leverage their strengths. Promote company operating principles and lead by example.
