Position Overview:
- EVERSANA is seeking a Research Director, Policy to lead policy services including NAVLIN Daily news, policy intelligence, and MFN tracker.
- This role sits at the intersection of policy expertise, client engagement, and commercial growth, focusing on global pricing and reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the NAVLIN Daily team and oversee delivery of policy intelligence services with timely updates and client support.
- Serve as senior subject matter expert, present to biopharma clients, and lead business development activities.
- Explore AI and automation to enhance policy tracking and create new products.
Qualifications:
- 6–10+ years in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, with strong analytical and client-facing skills.
- Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical policy and pricing dynamics.
- Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows.
