Support Client Engagements: Translate complex policy and reimbursement information into actionable recommendations for provider executives, producing polished deliverables such as strategic plans and financial models.
Drive Analysis & Provider Insight: Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from large healthcare datasets to identify trends and draw strategic insights for clients.
Support Business Development: Contribute to proposals and thought leadership by developing reusable practice IP and mentoring junior team members.

Qualities We Seek:

Experience: 2-4 years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or healthcare provider organizations with a focus on Medicare, Medicaid, or value-based care.
Skills: Strong consulting craft including structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Mindset: High professional maturity, initiative, and ability to manage multiple workstreams with pace and rigor.
