New Business Systems Engineer (Costa Rica)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce and Business Systems Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This person will have an integral role in the company of helping to support our fast-growing Go to Market organization by making sure they have the data they need to do their jobs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside many talented people across several cross-functional teams. As a Business Systems Engineer, you will work on Salesforce.com development and maintenance, maintain and develop integrations across our different business tooling, define business problems, identify key requirements, and implement technical solutions. You will also develop and deliver best practice business processes and solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to get system and application issues addressed.
