Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) seeks an experienced Midwest Work Comp Claims Supervisor to join their team Someone who is eager to motivate and develop adjusters of all levels. Key Expectations for the Claims Supervisor Role: Ensure that the team receives regular, high-quality feedback to drive accountability; Maintain weekly metrics; Achieve monthly QSR scores of 90%+, arrange monthly meetings with the team, and maintain excellent customer service survey score. Act as a mentor and actively contribute to developing your team of adjusters. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the Midwest region, a strong background in achieving results, and 1-5 years of claims supervision experience.
