We are looking to hire an experienced Midwest Work Comp Claims Supervisor to our team who is eager to motivate and develop adjusters of all levels. The Claims Supervisor will ensure the team receives regular feedback, maintain weekly metrics, achieve high QSR scores, arrange monthly meetings, and maintain customer service survey scores. A minimum of 1-5 years of claims supervision is required.
