Job Description
Swan is looking to hire a Swan Private Director to work closely with HNW clients throughout their Bitcoin journey. This senior relationship manager comes with deep experience in wealth management and a well developed understanding of Bitcoin. You will provide around the clock availability to Swan’s most successful clients providing them guidance on all things Bitcoin, with the white glove service expected by HNWI, businesses, and family offices.
The ideal candidate is extremely knowledgeable about finance and Bitcoin, and has client service skills honed from years of experience. The ideal candidate generates their own inbound leads via media, personal branding, or other scaled relationship approaches. Responsibilities include generating new leads, actively engaging clients, establishing relationships, and providing high-quality support throughout their Bitcoin journey. The role involves serving as a client-dedicated contact, onboarding new clients, executing orders, and providing expert-level guidance on Swan products and Bitcoin strategies. The ideal candidate will also build and maintain a personal brand in the Bitcoin landscape.
