AI & Automation Innovation:
- Build tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks.
- Automate triage and reporting using AI.
Requirements:
- 'Support Nature' mentality to investigate the root cause of issues.
- Strong communication to bridge between end-users and the engineering team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
