Job Description
The IT Specialist supports hardware and software for a Luxury Resort and will need to be able to provide on-site support for the technological needs of the daily operations, for guests of the resort, residential owners for basic WiFi needs, and team members who may work on site or remotely. Work is conducted primarily at the resort with occasional remote work required as the operation requires.
Key Responsibilities include technical support for end-users using Windows Operating Systems on Laptop and Desktop computers and a small minority of MAC laptops, mobile device support, troubleshooting, and managing Windows Servers plus supporting Restaurant POS and VoIP systems. Additional responsibilities include new user setup, account management and maintaining system security.
