Job Description
Drive innovation and performance for our connected inventory (hotels with direct connectivity, dynamic options, transfers, etc.) with a clear North Star: make connected offers convert better than traditional ones. Define the product vision for connectivity (technologies, partners, scope) in close collaboration with the Partnerships, Tech, and Business teams. Prioritize problems and solutions based on data: conversion, availability, margin, and user experience. Identify and evaluate key providers and technologies (Channel Managers, XML APIs, B2B platforms…). Coordinate development with tech teams, oversee release delivery and measure impact. Ensure integration quality (response time, error rate, monitoring). Experiment with merchandising and UX to optimize connected offer performance. Enable internal teams (Business, Partnerships, Ops) to independently manage hotel connectivity through intuitive tools and workflows. Establish regular performance reviews using qualitative and quantitative insights (A/B testing, dashboards, feedback loops).
