Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy and automation.
- Validate analytical methodologies and maintain data governance across procurement systems for consistent standards.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and spend analysis to inform decisions.
Vendor & Cost Management:
- Evaluate vendor performance using quality, delivery, and cost metrics to support onboarding and audits.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities through spend analysis and supplier consolidation efforts.
- Track and report realized savings from procurement initiatives and support negotiations with pricing benchmarks.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor procurement analysts, ensuring high-quality reporting and serving as an escalation point for data issues.
- Own the procurement analytics roadmap, aligning with Procurement, Finance, and Operations leadership goals.
- Maintain procurement documentation and systems to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with policies.
