Position Summary:
- Responsible for property tax services, managing processes and personnel.
- Achieve maximum tax savings and provide state and local tax consulting.
Essential Duties:
- Lead team, ensure best practices, and focus on financial management.
- Represent clients in appeals and hearings with taxing authorities.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and status updates for clients.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years experience; property tax, valuation, or accounting preferred.
- Strong Excel, communication, and management skills.
Work Environment:
- Regular 40 hours/week, 25-40% travel.
- Prolonged sitting and computer use.
