Position Summary:
- Responsible for property tax services, managing processes and personnel.

Essential Duties:

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years experience; property tax, valuation, or accounting preferred.
- Strong Excel, communication, and management skills.
Work Environment:
- Regular 40 hours/week, 25-40% travel.
- Prolonged sitting and computer use.
