The Role:
- Own implementations from kickoff to first clean billing cycle, managing plans and risks.
- Configure payers, codes, and clearinghouse enrollment; train customer staff.
What You'll Do:
- Run discovery, data conversions, and UAT sign-off before go-live.
- Hand off cleanly after claims and payments are flowing.
Success Metrics:
- Deliver go-lives on time with no serious defects in the first 30 days.
- Maintain current project plans and real-time time logs.
