Your Role:
- Lead each implementation: own the project plan, run discovery, manage configuration and cutover for complex Logis Dispatch implementations.
- Configure, connect, and cut over: configure Logis Dispatch, work with Integration Engineering on interfaces, plan and run cutover with the center.
- Train, hand off, and raise the bar: train all users, hand off cleanly to support, and mentor newer consultants while improving the playbook.
How Success is Measured:
- Go-lives on planned date with no serious incident in first 30 days.
- Every project plan current each week with health and next steps.
- Customer satisfaction at go-live and at handoff, with clean handoffs to support.
