Implementation and Training Consultant

Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for enterprise clients in transportation and logistics.
• Gather customer requirements, analyze business workflows, and configure appropriate software modules.
• Drive successful go-live planning, cutover strategies, and data conversion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers and customer stakeholders to maintain implementation timelines and provide progress updates.
• Deliver comprehensive training to external clients, enabling them to use enterprise software effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software for external clients.
• Strong project ownership, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with TruckMate or other transportation management systems is considered an asset.

Working Environment:

• Remote role based in Canada with 60–80% travel.
