About the Role:
- Coordinate truck and multimodal shipments for customers throughout Canada and the U.S.
- Source and negotiate with third-party carriers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing, scheduling, documentation, and shipment follow-up.
- Resolve transportation issues and maintain accurate shipment records in TMS.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or third-party logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
