Your Role:
- Provide expert functional and techno-functional support for OTM and logistics integrations.
- Own complex incidents affecting transportation processes and coordinate resolution.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot configuration, master data, business rules, and interfaces.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support L1/L2 teams.
Qualifications:
- Typically 5-8 years of OTM experience in international support.
- Fluent English and Spanish; French is a plus.
