About the Role:
- You will own complex customer onboarding and software implementation projects for government agencies and transit operators.
- You will configure Spare's platform, train agency staff, and manage stakeholders from kickoff to go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge and configure the platform for each agency.
- Conduct customer discovery, translate operational needs into product configurations, and hand over accounts with clear documentation.
- Manage launch plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies, while facilitating training sessions for customers.
