About the Role:
- Help shape the voice, tone, and conversational experience of Felix, Quantum Metric's AI agent.
- Work at the intersection of product, UX, and language to craft clear content.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve voice and tone guidelines for Felix AI.
- Write and refine conversational UI content including prompts and error states.
- Translate complex analytics concepts into human-centered language.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in UX, Content Design, or related field.
- Demonstrate strong writing and editing skills.
- Exhibit curiosity about analytics, AI, or enterprise software.
