The Role:

You'll join the founding team and own product end-to-end, focusing on adoption and expansion.
You'll lead customer discovery, support, and drive features like Klara to help therapists get more value.
You'll prototype with AI tools, set success metrics, and pitch in wherever needed.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of product management at early-stage startups, AI-native, and comfortable with prototyping and small pull requests.
Authorized to work in the US or Canada; SF hybrid strongly preferred.
Bonus if you have experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated industries.

What You Get:

$150K-$200K USD or $140K-$180K CAD plus 0.5%-1.5% equity, with a mix you choose.
