Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team, providing comprehensive commercial and transactional legal counsel and support. You will report to our VP, Global Commercial Legal, and will be the main Legal business partner to several of our key sales teams, acting as a proactive thought partner and go-to resource for all things related to contracts and agreements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company's legal interests, ensuring contract compliance, and contributing to the strategic decision-making process. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel and strategic advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and protecting intellectual property.
