Job Description
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating documentation for customers for Blackpoint Cyber's products. You will gather and synthesize information from software engineers, product managers, technical support engineers, and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand our products and create product documentation on how to use them effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include researching, writing, and editing technical documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating documentation accuracy, managing multiple projects, developing and enforcing writing guidelines, and staying updated with industry trends and the product portfolio. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in technical writing with cybersecurity experience, skill in tailoring documentation to various audiences, technical aptitude, research proficiency, experience with writing methodologies, leadership experience, and mastery of technical writing best practices. The location must be in a European timezone between GMT and GMT +2.
