The Role:
- Lead the scaling of the Design function as Fullscript grows.
- Establish the design operating system, including processes, standards, and rituals.
- Own the cross-product experience to create a cohesive ecosystem.

- Set the roadmap for scaling Design and define how it grows.
- Raise the bar for craft and grow every designer on the team.
- Operate as a peer-level leader, challenging assumptions and influencing executives.
