Lead Product Designer

Lead design for Consumer Experience:

• Own end-to-end product design for Consumer workstreams, from discovery and journey mapping through prototypes and production-ready design.
• Translate emotionally complex senior care decisions into intuitive workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and business leaders to define problem framing and release scope.

Shape product direction with evidence:

• Use research, analytics, and business context to guide design decisions and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to product teams, engineering partners, and senior leaders.
• Help teams understand not only what should ship, but why it matters.

Raise the design quality bar:

• Apply and extend shared APFM patterns so consumer product surfaces feel coherent across channels.
• Contribute to shared foundations including interaction patterns, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Mentor other designers through critique and strong product storytelling.

Increase design leverage with AI:

• Use lightweight prototypes and AI-assisted workflows to make ideas tangible earlier.
• Experiment with AI tools to explore product directions and improve speed and quality.
• Share learnings with cross-functional partners so the team gets better together.
