Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare IT products, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception to launch for the Tebra platform integration and internal commercialization and billing systems.
  • Develop and execute product direction plans aligned with market needs and measurable KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction and business ROI.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in management information systems, project management, or related field, plus two years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Product Manager within healthcare software.
  • Experience with SAFe and Scrum frameworks, global team coordination, full-lifecycle product management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Figma, and Miro.
