Senior Product Manager, Integrations & Platform

About the role:

• Own two squads: Integrations and Platform, ensuring data completeness and self-serve administration.
• Report to Head of Product; senior individual contributor in product/engineering trios.
• Focus on reducing time from contract to trusted coverage.

What you'll do:

• Lead cross-functional trios, owning problem, outcome, and prioritization.
• Conduct weekly customer discovery and instrument metrics.
• Prioritize integrations, document decisions, and build admin workflows.
• Ship incrementally, measure impact, and contribute to product operating model.

Requirements:

• 6+ years PM experience, 2+ in platform/integrations/infrastructure-adjacent.
• Domain experience in security, observability, or data infrastructure.
• Strong discovery practice, outcome-based roadmaps, and ability to say no.
• Excellent written communication and fact-inference separation.
• Preferred: cybersecurity ops, MSSP, Series A-C stage, and hands-on data/telemetry skills.

Work environment and compensation:

• 100% remote with company equipment; travel required semi-frequently.
• Salary range $175,000-$190,000; includes equity, health insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave.
