Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, BizApps

The Business Applications team works with Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams to enhance customer experience and streamline staff workflow. They build on the grafana.com platform, offering custom solutions and integrating with external systems. The team maintains the billing engine, automates provisioning, integrates with cloud provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP), and maintains the user portal. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer you will take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives, drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of stakeholders, embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope, help design, build, operate, and maintain our critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability. You will continuously make the existing code better by tackling tech debt, improving the CI/CD pipelines, and increasing test coverage. You will also be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running. Collaborate with the team and stakeholders over async (Slack, Google Docs) or over meetings. An independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
