Dynatrace Technical Leadership:
- 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience in enterprise environments.
- Current knowledge of the Dynatrace SaaS platform including Grail, DQL, OpenPipeline, Workflows, AppEngine, Notebooks, and Davis AI.
Observability Strategy and Advisory:
- 10+ years across APM, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and AIOps with exposure to multiple vendor platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering strategy engagements such as maturity assessments and target state roadmaps.
Leadership:
- Experience leading or mentoring delivery teams in a consulting environment.
- Ability to shape practice direction and serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership.
