Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller will have ownership of the general ledger and financial statement close process and will also provide support for other essential accounting functions. Specific functional responsibilities include accounting for investments, expense accruals and equity. The individual will participate in the ongoing compliance with SOX 404B and serve as a key contact for external CPAs related to the audits of financial statements and internal controls. Responsibilities also include overseeing payroll and equity management functions and assisting with compliance requirements for tax and insurance matters.
