Senior Dynamics 365 Change Management Consultant

The Senior Dynamics 365 Change Management Consultant will support user adoption of Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include assessing a client’s current state, completing change management assessments, identifying key stakeholders, and partnering with clients and technologists to create recommendations and implement solutions. The consultant will design and deliver change management solutions based on communications, employee development, training, and governance needs. Additional responsibilities include facilitating workshops, providing insights into new opportunities, managing sponsorship development, coaching, and creating early adopter programs. The consultant will also partner with internal project managers, lead OCM aspects of projects, and communicate openly with the team. Must have at least 5 years of change management experience and 2 years of Dynamics 365 implementations experience.
