The Role:
- Handle inbound discovery video calls generated by our marketing.
- Follow up with prospects in our CRM (GoHighLevel) via text, phone calls, and email until they either close or clearly opt out.
- Expected to keep your pipeline rigidly organized, document everything properly, and communicate clearly with the team.
The Ramp-Up:
- Learn the company, our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), our offering, and shadow live discovery calls.
- Practice leading discovery calls while a sales manager shadows you for support.
- Lead discovery calls completely solo and start following up with your pipeline.
Requirements:
- Native-Level / C2 Fluent English is REQUIRED.
- Proven experience overcoming objections and asking deep questions to find prospect pain points.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn software quickly.
