VP of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Finance to lead our finance and accounting function as we continue to scale. This individual will oversee all financial operations, drive forward-looking insights to inform decision-making, and help shape the company’s financial strategy for growth. The ideal candidate has previously served as a Controller, Director of Finance or VP of Finance, thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, and brings both technical depth and operational excellence to the table. The VP of Finance will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance. They will lead and develop the finance team; foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. They will maintain and manage the company’s budget and cash flow, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and sustainably. In addition, they will provide forward-looking financial analysis and metrics to support strategic and operational decision-making.
