Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand customers, agency operations, and business to see unifying product beneath them, making time for customer conversations even when roadmap is loud.
• Build pod strategy from VP-level product vision and own roadmap and execution for a brand-new pod from scratch.
• Lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences like integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of product management experience and 2+ years of AI product experience with technical depth for integrations and platform work.
• Proven 0→1 ownership of ambiguous, mission-critical product areas with cross-functional leadership without authority.
• Preferred small start-up (<150 people) experience and knowledge of digital marketing or real estate domains.

Pay and Perks:

• $150,000 - $180,000 annually with a 4-day work week (32 hours), profit sharing bonus, and 3 weeks of PTO plus 11 paid holidays.
