Technical Product Manager US Operations

Accountabilities:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for a dedicated business area, identifying high-value opportunities through customer and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business objectives into clear product initiatives, prioritizing for maximum impact and aligning resources accordingly.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and evaluate product opportunities based on business value and technical feasibility.

Requirements:

• Experience owning a product area in insurtech, B2B SaaS, or similar complex technology environment.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, make trade-off decisions, and drive adoption with measurable business impact.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort with AI tools, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
